On March 15th at Stye Fashion Week, designer Octavio Carlin showcased his line of elegant yet classic dressed, jackets and blouses at his shoe at the Vibiana in Downtown Los Angeles. His collection featured numerous materials and colors and each dress was different, yet the collection tied together beautifully.
