Monday nights at Mickys is all about the showgirls, but this past Monday night (5-24-10) brought the Glam-O-Rama "the men of Micky's like you've never seen them before"
Weekly hostess Raven with her close friend Morgan were the two drag queens of the night, and also the two that helped "glam" up the bartenders, security, and go go boys of Mickys to create Glam-O-Rama. The men performed their stuff on the Mickys showgirls stage in their best wigs, makeup, dresses, and heels, Morgan and Raven also performed in the show. The night was full of surprises that can be seen in the pics below.

On Saturday, May 22nd, The Milk Party 2010 brought us a Celebration of Life, Love, Pride and Freedom, Produced by B. Levine Productions Inc, benefiting The foundations of Harvey Milk and the Gay American Heroes.

The Gala was at the World famous Madame Tussauds Wax Museum in Hollywood California.
The guest arrived at the red carpet event to then be ushered up the Grand Staircase to the Rooftop Event Deck.

They were then greeted by hosts, and invited to explore the museum. Guests were invited to enjoy complimentary cocktails from the host Bar, as well as a feast fit for a king, including one hosted by the world famous "Pinks Hot Dogs". Then it was off to see and be seen, mix and mingle or simply chill in the Logo VIP lounge.

The entire event overlooked the famous Hollywood Boulevard, The Kodak Theater, Graumans Chinese Theater, and had a stunning view of the City of Los Angeles. People danced to the sounds of DJ Tony Nuccio and his hot new soulful groove, under the starlit Hollywood sky.

The always funny Master and Mistress of Ceremonies, Bruce Vilanch and Christine O'Leary got the night off to a great start. Throughout the night we saw and heard from a number of Honored Guests including;

The event was a who's-who in the LA gay community and one that benefited two great Organizations, The Milk Party 2010 foundation and The Gay American Heroes foundation. Our gang enjoyed the event as well, taking pictures of celebities both flesh and wax.

Mickys in West Hollywood CA, hosted Ru Paul's Drag Race season 2 tour. The Lovely Shangela, Morgan McMichaels, Raven, and the next drag superstar herself, Tyra Sanchez, "the other Tyra", were all there to entertain the packed nightclub, and of course the infamous judge Merl. The crowd began to lineup around 7 o clock before they opened the doors to the masses! Mickys was packed all the way to the patio, and people even watching from beyond Mickys patio on the sidewalk! The queens performed for two hours and in between the sets the Absolute Lounge bar tender, Justin, was there to pour shots into mouths of the audience, while Ru supplied giveaways of her new book Guide to Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Style, Drag Race season two posters, and Calenders.

After the show a special VIP event was held on the second floor where people were able to meet the four queens and take pictures with them.. Afterwards, Raven, and Tyra got out of their drag and spent the rest of the evening downstairs in the club with everyone else until the night was over.

Monday night was full of wigs, makeup, and crazy outfits... and did we mention muscle bodied studs showing off underwear? Drag Queens at Sassy shared the stage last night with hot bodied studs showing off Andrew Christian underwear for the new store opening up off Santa Monica BLVD.

Long Beach Pride kicked off the weekend with a "Pink" party on Pine avenue Friday evening, highlighted by thousands of people partying on the open air downtown street, with a drag contest and an introduction of the gay bachelor competition.

For more than two decades Jeffrey Sanker has been outdoing himself with the most prestige party in the desert, and 2010 was again the talk of the town with about 30,000 men from around the world, as well as the best DJ's and not to mention big line up of performers.

The event took place this year from April 9 to 12 starting Friday by the pool at the Renaissance Palm Springs Hotel (formerly The Wyndham) which recently underwent a 30 million-dollar renovation. Following by the Boxers and Briefs Underwear Party with a great performance by Erika Jayne.

By mid-morning the next day, most WP attendees had arrived. The Saturday and Sunday daytime pool parties at the Renaissance are always big favorites, and this year was no exception, with a catwalk whit the boys showing off from Prada's to Chanel's baithing suits.

BODY BULDERS JAM @ FAULTLINE

We may not have a river to dye green, but the streets were a sea of green last Wednesday in West Hollywood. The green beer and whisky drinks were plentiful, and the streets were roaring with people out to get their Irish on.

All the bars were at it with thier own parties with a St. Paddys day twist!
We saw the best of the 70's 80's and 90's, to men bearing it all from head to toe.
From Trunks to the Abbey, the crowds were having a great St Patricks Day.

Mickys was the place to be that night though, bringing back the filthiest night in WeHo "Hot Rod", packed from the patio to the dance floor! Everyone was out having a great time with friends, checking out
the hot performers in the back who were bearing it for all to see, and holding nothing back. They had everything From men in cages to a guy dancing in a working shower on a stage!

Mickys has definitley brought "SilverLake" to WeHo with Hot Rod Wednesdays.
The front was a little more tame with a St. Paddys day feel to it! They had a Hot Leperchaun
dancing on the stage next to the patio handing out beads to the folks walking by him.

The evening certainly had our shillelaghs in a twist! Check out the shots from all the green goings on...

Welcome to The PLAYBOY Mansion, where normally only the cream of celebrity life; playmates, and HUGH are priviledged to be out playing in the wonderland oasis he has created.

Behold the Grotto where only the "In" crowd have knowledge of what has gone on, and on March 8th 2010 the mansion and grounds became the home of the 9th Annual WEHO Awards! Where REEL GAY TV and TNT got to enjoy the night, the first LGBT event ever held in the Infamous PLAYBOY mansion!

The WEHO awards, founded by Anthony Cortez transformed the normally straight playhouse into a gay wonderland. With silent auction items from sport memorabilia, autographed platinum CD's that normally only musicians would receive, and of course The PLAYBOY items that made Hugh the biggest idol in sex history.

The dinner before the awards was luscious, with a buffet of only the best foods, from fresh sushi, lamb chops, and crabcakes, spicy teriyaki beef skewers, and desserts. Following the dinner came the award show where The who's who of West Hollywood came to see who would be the winners of the 9th annual WeHo awards. Categories ranged from Best Bar Tender To Best Bar Manager, Best Night Out and Circuit Party, to the Best Bar in Town. They recognized community and national organizations doing good works for the LGBT Community from EQCA, HRC, and No H8.

The Man of the Evening was Tom Whitman, winning three awards.

Talk about Alice stepping through the looking glass and falling down that damn hole, we were at the amazing PLAYBOY Mansion, the night was a trio of high fashion, raunch and camp.

After the Award show came the best part of the evening, the after party held at the grotto, Where men, women, and drag queen super stars frolicked and stripped down faster than a bunny has ever hoped across these fabled grounds. Clothing went flying, and things got rocking where for the first time gay men have been able to play and enjoy the infamous steamy Grotto Pool/Cave.

Once you make your way thru the maze of gardens, there hidden at the front of the mansion is the oh so amazing PLAYBOY Game room where there was everything from race car games, pinball, pool table, and... what would a game room be without bedrooms,? These were tucked away in the back, with fully mirrored walls and ceilings.

The night was coming to a close, and those who still had energy left to spare headed back to WeHo to enjoy the rest of the night at Micky's. We coudn't make it that far... the night was over after leaving the bunny's, the car's, the starzzzz... we were beat!
