Every week, Shifting Perspectives explores issues affecting druids and those who group with them. This week, we're heading back into the world of nasty, little over-budget talents bothering balance druids as we fight to save our 1 keys from total disaster. It's been a harsh week in my little corner of the world. Between attempting to gjlnsppl get up for work, falling back down to sleep for 5 more hours, taking medications that I can't even pronounce the names of, and several other unpleasant things that have been plaguing me for the past five days; there's been little time for actual coherent thought in my life. So forgive me if this week's article is a little short (I can already hear people cheering) and slightly confusing. I promise to try and make this post as readable as possible, but I am bound to ramble on incoherently at some point; though I'm not entirely sure how that's any different from normal. Last week, Shifting Perspectives took at look at the various possibilities for changing Eclipse. This week, that trend will continue as we explore ways in which or other problem, if less vilified, talent can be adjusted. Yes, folks, I'm talking about Nature's Grace. This long-standing talent that has been a staple in balance builds since WoW was released. Much like Eclipse, Ghostcrawler has already stated that Nature's Grace is high on the list to be changed. Also like Eclipse, many people wonder why Nature's Grace hasn't already been changed as it is so problematic. While Ghostcrawler mentions it's a big deal, many people fail to understand how big of a deal Nature's Grace really is.
Square Enix's Kingdom wow power leveling Hearts: Birth by Sleep for PSP wow power leveling overtook the dominant New Super Mario Bros. Wii in Japanese sales for wow power leveling the week ended January 10, Media Create said Thursday.
Kingdom Hearts: Birth by Sleep wow power leveling sold 446,000 units, the tracking firm said--a figure reached in just two days on the Japanese market. The game is a prequel to wow power leveling the 2002 PlayStation 2 game Kingdom Hearts, which launched the RPG series that mixes Disney and Square Enix characters.
New Super Mario Bros. Wii has been hovering at or near the top of the wow power leveling weekly Japanese charts since its debut on December 3, 2009. The game sold 2.9 million units in the region through January 10, Media Create said. The week-sold title still had a strong showing this most recent week, selling 159,000 units.
Kingdom Hearts: Birth By Sleep was the only wow power leveling new game to break Media Create's top 10 list, which remained relatively static. The only game to fall off of the charts from the prior week was Level 5's Professor Layton and the Flute of Malevolent Destiny for Nintendo DS.
Nature's Grace is an awesome talent. It is a tad over-budget, but not nearly as much as Eclipse is, and, honestly, having an over-budget talent here or there isn't necessarily a terrible thing in of itself. The only thing that plagues Nature's Grace is how easily it allows for Wrath to be GCD capped. Again, though, this isn't so terrible of a prospect in of itself. After all, this is a mechanic that balance druids have been dealing with since haste was introduced into the game. Wrath ramming into GCD issues like the Titanic hitting an iceberg only became problematic when balance druids also failed to turn just a little to the left during patch 3.2. Prior to patch 3.2, Wrath was maybe only 10% of our overall damage done, so any scaling issues that it had was fairly trivial. When patch 3.2 came around and Wrath jumped from 10% of our damage, or less, to being 40% or more of our damage, the scaling issues became a real problem.

Bird’s nest custody is not used very often. It occurs when the child lives in a single location and both parents are granted equal rights for a rotating residential schedule. The kids stay in the same place while the parents take turns living at the location. This arrangement is often very costly because the parents often have to maintain another home away from the shared home. Temporary custody is the grant of a parent to temporarily have the custody rights during the litigation of the divorce trial. This is determined by the court and is usually used during the divorce proceedings.

After its signature Reva ballet flat shoes with a omega speedmaster logo on a brass-plated buckle began appearing on Korean women’s feet two years ago, the brand noted for preppy-chic style became popular enough to be officially launched in Seoul last year. It finally opened a flagship boutique last month in Cheongdam, southern Seoul, one of the trendiest areas in the capital. “Our logo is interesting because my intent was to make it more of a design rather than a traditional logo to show this is omega constellation,” the label’s namesake said in an interview on June 23, the day of the flagship store’s opening. “When I first introduced it, a lot of people looked at it and said, ‘Oh, that’s Asian.’ They look at it more as a design element rather than as a logo,” explained Burch. A brand manager from dolce and gabbana’s local partner Cheil Industries, Samsung Group’s fashion arm, said Tory Burch items without the double-T medallion - which reminds some people of a Buddhist symbol - sell poorly because many Korean Tory Burch customers see the logo as an integral design element. Debuting in New York in 2004, Tory Burch opened its first Korean store at Avenuel, a luxury division of chloe Store, last autumn and now has 10 outlets at different department stores. The Seoul flagship store’s opening follows the openings of two international locations in Tokyo and Manila in December of last year. The two-story flagship store on Cheongdam Boulevard - similar to Tokyo’s Ginza District with its dozens of world-famous luxury boutiques like chloe handbags, Prada and Cartier - spans about 400 square meters (4,305 square feet). Twelvesky:Leveling Guide for Level 70-99

Level(twelvesky gold) 70-89: welcome to the insanity known only as Yongpok in Twelvesky ! Seriously tho unless you like dying a lot stay away. In yongpok you'll encounter master levels and level 105+ w/ uber rares. So the advice is to stay out of it at least until level(twelvesky Powerleveling) 85 w/ rare wpn and robe. But anyway you get to fight in fun RvR known as Wargo Valley. Amazingly enough this is the least populated RvR zone, mainly because the attraction of Yongpok. Anyway Wargo is just like the RvR b4 it, hold the formation for 5 mins to get the victory cave. In this cave the special drops are gift boxes. Gift boxes are kinda like lucky tickets, they give you uni junk most of the time but occasionally you'll get a SoE, BS, or DS and maybe even a rare! For leveling, go to the cave in the desert and AoE away (it's not a bad idea to hav max AoE by now). If you are 80+ feel free to venture into Yongpok's victory cave if Fujin controls the formation. As for level 80 skills. Each skill cost 50 Skill pts just to learn and 100 pts to master. If you really want a level 80 skill personal suggest HR or RF. HR is an atk reflection skill and RF is improved anti-stun. Level 90-99: welcome to Heolgo Hall, the money maker. This happens at 6 am and pm PST everyday. In this area (which occurs twice a day), you fight random mobs for a chance at rare skills and items. The giant bosses drop the most rare stuff but the small, easier mobs can drop good skills as well. If you survive, you'll receive 10% exp and 1mil in silver! There's also nothing wrong with hiding in a corner just to get your 10% and 1mil at this level. Now is also a good time to join in the Yongpok battles, just avoid fighting enemies that glow. We'd start AoEing in Yongpok's caves: Gyuwan and Yukko. This is also a good time to start learning a secondary set of skills, either Kat or Lute. A lot of people learn Kat for PvP and use their DBs for grinding, but it never hurts to hav a lute skill or two to kite bosses.
